Women’s Obstetrics: Services We Provide
Regular Gynecologic Care
If you intend to conceive a child, obstetrical care begins with getting regular gynecological check-ups and talking with a gynecologist about your health questions and concerns. Annual well woman exams will help you stay on top of the health of your reproductive organs. Also, at these appointments you can talk to your gynecologist about family planning, so that you can improve your chances of getting pregnant at a time that’s right for you. We pride ourselves on our commitment to patient education. We believe that the more our patients know, the more empowered they will be.
Total Obstetrical Care
During your pregnancy journey, we will be there for you every step of the way. Our women’s obstetrics services include:
- Appointments. We will schedule appointments at your convenience throughout your pregnancy.
- Education. Your doctor will answer your questions and help you understand all the important aspects of pregnancy, including nutrition, travel, medication, and options for giving birth.
- Ultrasounds. 2D in-office ultrasounds are used for medical diagnostic images and sex determination.
- Referrals. If medically indicated, we will refer you to and coordinate your care with area perinatologists.
